Die wohl "schönste Wohnung der Welt"
Ok, ich war grade mit Hannah und Neo, meinem Sprachpartner, die Wohnung aufm Campus anschauen.Erstmal ein paar Vorabinfos, bevor ich anfange das "Schmuckstück" zu beschreiben! Die Wohnung liegt im "Beicun" einem beliebten Wohnort auf dem Campus. Die Wohnung gehört einer Profesorin der Tianjin University, die auch vorher mit ihrem Mann darin gewohnt hat.
Nun aber zum Schmuckstück selbst. Die Wohnung liegt im sechsten Stock(das Haus hat natürlich keinen Fahrstuhl und mit dem Licht im Flur ist das auch so ne Sache, da das Licht auf Geräusche reagiert, sodass die Besitzerin immer wieder gehörig auf den Boden trampeln musste, damit das Licht angeht!)
Als wir dann endlich im sechsten Stock angekommen waren, gabs schon gleich ein Problem mit der Tür, da diese nicht aufging und die Vermieterin somit, den Nachbarn rausklopfen musste (man teilt sich einen Flur), damit er die Tür von innen aufmacht.
Als wir dann in der Wohnung drin waren, standen wir schon direkt in der Küche/Arbeitszimmer/mögliches Schlafzimmer und mussten feststellen, dass das Licht nicht durch den normalen Lichtschalter an der Wand angemacht werden kann, sondern erst mit einem Haken die oben an der Wand befestigte Konstruktion betätigen muss! (Aber naja, ein Abenteuer muss ein!)
Als die Wohnung dann in voller Pracht vor uns erstrahlte, fehlten mir glatt die Worte (was nicht oft vorkommt). Es gibt eigentlich keinen Boden Belag, von den Farbspritzern mal abgesehen, die den Boden zieren! Es ist einfach nackter Beton Boden, welcher sich durch die ganze Wohnung zieht, auch durchs Bad.
Das Bad ist auch so eine Sache, da die Dusche wohl nicht funktioniert, was aber kein Problem ist, da die Vermieterin sich dazu bereit erklärt hat eine neue "Konstruktion" einzubauen, was aber auch den Mietpreis erhöhen würde (aber egal, wer braucht schon eine intakte Dusche, hätte eh nur in der Hocke duschen können, da sie so niedrig angebracht war). Außerdem war das ganze Bad eine einzige Dusche mit einem Abfluss in der Mitte, was dem chinesischen Standard entspricht, aber ansonsten sind die Bäder hier eigentlich gefließt, sodass das Wasser besser ablaufen kann!
Eine Küche gibt es wohl nicht, aber es können Gas-Kochplatten angeschafft werden (Erhöhung des Mietpreises), was ich aber nicht riskieren würde, aus Angst das ich dann die ganze Wohnung in die Luft sprengen würde! Es sah alles seht alt und nicht mehr so funktionstüchtig aus!
Das Schlafzimmer mit einer lederen Schlafcouch (luxus pur) war dann das größte Zimmer, aber die Vermieterin meinte das man auch überall wo Platz ist noch ein zweites Bett hinstellen könnte!
Naja, alles im Allem war es wohl ein totaler Reinfall, aber eine Erfahrung wert! Es ist einfach nur ein wahnsinnig großer Unterschied zwischen dem chinesischen und dem deutschen Standard. Aber da die Vermieterin schon als sie uns gesehen hat, meinte, dass die Wohnung wohl nicht gut genug für uns ist, kann sie sich schon denken, dass wir die Wohnung nicht nehmen werden, aber wir wollten uns die halt auf jedenfall anschauen.
Ich hab aber immer noch Hoffnungen, dass wir morgen eine schöne Wohnung finden! Ich lass mich nicht entmutigen!
